Measurement Invariance Testing of Career Anxiety Scale by Gender and Grade Level

This study aimed to examine measurement invariance of the Career Anxiety Scale developed by Çetin-Gündüz and Nalbantoğlu-Yılmaz (2016). For this purpose, multigroup confirmatory factor analysis was performed test gender grade level. The group consisted 415 students studying in 11th 12th grades Nevşehir city center. Within framework model, configural, metric, scalar, strict were examined using fit coefficients. results proved for both genders. It also observed that established 12th-grade students.
